I am a curious person by nature. I love learning how things work, whether it is products, teams, or the human mind. I like psychology because understanding people can be just as powerful as understanding technology. Sometimes, it can even be more challenging.
I enjoy learning, teaching, and experimenting with new ideas. In my free time, I practice calligraphy, which keeps me humble because one small mistake can ruin a beautiful piece, much like pushing bad code on a Friday afternoon.
Curiosity drives me, small experiments teach me, and I try to leave things better than I found them.
Professional Background
Professionally, I build products that solve real problems and get shipped. I started eight years ago as an engineer, asking one important question: “Why are we building this?” That question led me into product management across FinTech, SaaS, and AI.
Since then, I have launched an AI app from scratch, built payment systems handling 50,000+ monthly transactions, and helped teams move from slow six-month release cycles to fast two-week delivery.
My approach is simple:
- Talk to users before writing code
- Trust data over opinions
- Ship useful things
- Use AI to solve problems, not just to sound impressive
At the end of the day, I enjoy turning complex problems into simple and meaningful solutions.
How I’m Wired
I build systems and process
When I see a repeated manual step, my first thought is:
how can we make this easier? or faster?
I do not always look for a big project. Often, one small improvement can save time every single time after.
My blog is a good example. In the beginning, publishing meant manually uploading a build folder to a server. I improved it step by step. First, I switched to FTP, which reduced the process to just a few clicks. Later, I automated the whole deployment process through GitHub, no login, no manual steps, and no chance of forgetting anything.
More recently, I added Claude code to help turn an idea and a source into a polished post. Each stage made the process better. I keep asking: what is the next level of improvement?
I am ambitious, and I move fast
I am an ambitious person. I always want to improve things, make them better, and fix parts that are not working well.
A few years ago, this mindset sometimes slowed me down. I wanted to make everything perfect before moving forward, which made it harder to take action and learn quickly.
Over time, I learned to keep a big vision in mind — something that inspires and motivates me and the people around me — while still taking quick actions and moving fast.
I believe progress comes from building, learning, and improving. Done and improved is better than perfect and delayed.
For a PM, I think this balance matters a lot. Vision without execution is just an idea. Execution without vision is just busy work.
